RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
7 Day Return & Exchange Policy.
If you are unhappy with your goods you will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for one year provided that the returned items are unworn and in their original and resalable condition.
If you believe that you have received merchandise that is considered defective or faulty, you have different rights (referred in "Faulty Items" section below).
To initiate a return or an exchange, please email email@example.com. In most cases, you will receive a response within 48 hours with instructions. Please don’t return any items without contacting us and receiving a response first.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items, and you must cover the cost to return the original item(s) to us.
We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as we will not take responsibility or issue refunds for items damaged or lost in the return transit. When returning items, please ensure all returned items are safely packed, so they don't get damaged during the transit.
LIMITED EDITION ITEMS
LIMITED EDITION items sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
If your items are defective or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.
We may refuse a refund request, if we find evidence of fraud or other manipulative behavior.
